We have a simple, straightforward pricing model for all homes in The Meadows.

Model Base Price:

Frontier: $415,000

Westwood: $415,000

Lakeport: $425,000

Sunset Bay: $429,000

Any of the models can be purchased for the Base Price on any standard lot marked as “AVAILABLE.”

There are three tiers of premium lots—Prime, Prime+, and Prime++. If a premium lot is desired, the cost listed below is added to the Base Price:

•Prime Lot: add $19K

•Prime+ Lot: add $29K

•Prime++ Lot: add $39K

There are three garage sizes to choose from: 1-Car, 1.5-Car, and 2-Car. If a garage is desired, the cost listed below is added to the Base Price:

1-Car (12’x24’): add $35K

1.5-Car (18’x20’): add $42K

2-Car (24’x24’): add $49K

Example Pricing Breakdown

If a Frontier model with a 1-Car Garage were selected for Lot 43, the total price would be $469,000:

Frontier Base Price: $415K

“Prime” Lot Premium: add $19K

1-Car Garage: add $35K

TOTAL: $469K

If a Westwood model with no garage were selected for Lot 40, the total price would be $415,000:

Westwood Base Price: $415K

Lot Premium: None

Garage: None

TOTAL $415K
